Included in all of my birth packages:

Birth preparation visits for you to get to know your doula and her you. Discussing your birth choices, hopes and anxieties around birth, alternative pain relief and much more. Plus support and how to prepare for your baby, feeding and birth plan.

On call service 10 days before your due date and up to when your little one arrives, which means you can call, text anytime during this time. Support for labour and birth which can include, being present at the birth, advocating for your choices so you can have a positive birth experience, plus support immediately after the birth with whatever is needed. Following the birth a visit to settle you back at home if appropriate.

Follow up postnatal visit, either the day after or whenever suits you!

Classic :- 2 Birth prep visits to discuss your birth dreams, choices and prepare you for the birth, on call support before and after the due date plus during labour and birth, 1 post natal visit to support you following the birth with things like feeding, mothering the mother, helping out with anything in the home which helps you feel supported.

Deluxe - 3 Birth prep visits to discuss birth dreams, choices more in depth and prepare you for the birth, on call support before and after the due date, plus support during labour and birth, 2 post natal visits.

Premium - 4 Birth prep visits to discuss birth dreams, choices and prepare you for the birth, on call support before and after the due date, plus support during labour and birth, 3 post natal visits.
