Why not try this unique, 6 week course for new mums and babies aged 0-16wks!!

I would love you to come and relax in a safe, caring space where you will have the chance to :

• Ask questions about caring for your baby, I can cover things like- feeding baby, sleep, self care, baby development and many more.

• Share or think about your birth experience

• Discuss ideas and experiences with other new mums

• Talking about the new transition you're going through into motherhood

Each 6 week course will be totally bespoke, because you, as a group, can decide the topics most important to you during the first week. 

​

I will provide a safe space, information, support around different topics, over 30yrs of experience and even Drinks & CAKE!!
